This could work.
Open the first dwg of the project you want to update.
Use the "swap/update block" option. This is the last icon in the "insert component" fly out.
There you choose the 3th option "Swap a block project wide" and you thick also the 3th option on the left if needed "Browse to..........+". Better to unthick the option "Auto retag ........." also.
Click ok and browse to your new title block. Select it and select the block you would like to swap. Then you need to select the dwg's you would like to see updated.

Remember..."Swap" a block means that you want to replace the block you have with one of a different name.

"Update" block means just that...you want to update the symbol with a newer version of the same name.

I hope this helps,

Here it works fine.
But i have tried it with a different name.

Now i have done it with the option "B" "Update a block" It works similar to the other one. This works fine for me. You can try it first on one drawing instead of directly on the whole project. also take the comments of John in consideration.

I can't find this option "swap/update block". Using Autocad Plant 3D can you tell me where it is located?

That command is unique to ACAD Electrical
