The API doc is not clear on the last argument for this function. A value of
nil should be used to force the function to insert "Normal" wire numbers. A
value of "1" should be passed to force the function to insert "Fixed" wire
numbers.

The example given in the API help for this function should be as shown below
to insert "Normal" wire numbers
(c:wd_wnums_doit nil "1" (list "0" "1" "1" "%N" "1" "R" "0" "" nil))
