Problem with seeing other people's tasks

Hello,

In the projects we work on we use Vault with multiple drawings.  When we make changes that affect a drawing that is checked out by another person, we use the task list feature so that changes can be implemented at a later time.

We know that usually you can see other people's tasks in your own task list, so that only one person needs to update all the tasks at once, but since we started using Vault, we haven't been able to see other people's tasks.

We've tried checking the drawings, refreshing the folders on local drives and in Vault, as well as refreshing and checking in/out the Project.wdp, but nothing changed.

Anyone know the reason for this? Could it be some kind of restriction with Vault? Or is there another setting we forgot to check?

Thanks

Was there ever resolution to this?  Does it work in Vault?

It's recommended that you use a shared workspce for AutoCAD Electrical projects in vault: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/vault-products/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/Help/EN...

Put that workspace on a server, where everyone can work with the same files, and also the same task list.
