Problem layer and file extension dwg

Hello,

When I work on my portfolio, I am on the current layer 0.

And when I insert the wire, sometimes I end up with the current layer as the layer "wires" and with the thickness of the line "0.00" instead of "BYLAYER". which meant that when I print, I have not the right thickness for the j'utile "monochrome.ctb".

And sometimes the file extension dwg is capitalized.

Does anyone has seen this?

And why I do that?
