No, the problem is not plines etc.
I have also posted the question to the print/plot discussion group and to HP
forums.
In the course of troubleshooting this problemI have discovered that I cannot
applies the 2004 service pack to AutoCAD electrical. I get an error message
indicating that the expected product cannot be found on my computer. The
automatic updating says it is up-to-date eventhough the version is 2004.0.0
service pack 0.
