Parametric PLC Icon Menu

So, I thought the controlling factor of the PLC Parametric Icon menu was the plc_slb.zip, which created the s_ldpc.slb slide file. I followed the instructions located in the zip file and I recreated the slide library.

However, this still did not change image 6. I then noticed the image shows a bit map file (A_STYLE6h.bmp), so I search my computer for that file. I found it and changed it; but it still does not work.

What I am doing wrong? Is it the slide file or the bit map? What else do I have to do/check?

I have attached an image file of the menu I am trying to change. I have tried this is 2009 and 2010.

I believe the file is a bitmap file called Style6h.bmp. I think for 2010 By
default it can be found at "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Acade 2010\Acade".
Hope this helps.

Mike

I am not having any luck. I changed the bmp and even moved the path to the top of the "Support File Search Path" list and still no luck. I also checked the vertical and horizontal image; but neither changed.

It is C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Acade 2010\Acade.

Hmm, I'm not sure why it isn't working for you. I am using 2010 and I
changed my Style6h.bmp located in "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Acade
2010\Acade" and it seemed to change for me (see attachment). Here are some
things to double check. If you go to that location and open that bitmap
file directly, do you see your changes? Do you have the Vertical Module
radio button selected in the dialog when you are looking to see if it
changed?

Mike

All right, I cannot believe I did not realize it sooner. I guess I got too excited and just changed the first style6.bmp that I saw, which ended up being "A_STYLE6h.bmp." This looks like it is for the source/destination image; but in 2010 it looks like the slide library still works. Should the slide library still work from 2010?

Thanks for the help.
