PLC Address text options

When I insert a PLC I/O block and it asks for the first address, even if I choose one of the quick pick options, after it populates all of these and the block is completely installed the text does not fit in the little box there for it. I have to double click on it then go to each individual address and reduce the height from .1250 to .0900 and the width factor from .8000 to .5000. I have to do this individually for each address and it's very time consuming. Please help.

I use the attributes size to resize the I/O addresses.

You can modify the size and width then choose By Name to select the I/O addresses or Type It to change all by "TAG*".

You could make your own PLC Graphics Style.

I liked to use the Graphics style number 1 but found the I/O- text to be a little small. So I went trough all the PLC type 1 "buildingblocks and scaled them up a little and saved them as style 6.

The PLC- "Buildingblocks are saved after the format HP1**, where The first letter is H for Horizonal and V for Vertical, P probably means PLC buildingblock, 1 is the style.

It is tedious work, but when done the problem is gone "forever"...

I recommend PLC style 2.  There is no box around the address.
