No preview thumbnails in project manager

We just upgraded to ACADE 2013 and now there are no thumbnails for the drawings in the Preview area at the bottom of the Project Manager. For all existing drawings that were created with ACADE 2012, the thumbnails are still available. But if we save an existing 2012 dwg (2010 file format) with ACADE 2013 (2013 file format), then the thumbnails are not available.

I've seen a couple other posts around the internet with this issue, but still no resolution.

I attached a screen shot of the problem and another of my thumbnail settings page.

Any guidance is appreciated.

Hi

We faced the same issue, if drawings are saved in 2013 format.

But saving drawings under the earlier version such as 2010 format then the preview on the lower pane of the Project Manager should work.
But the 2013 preview can still be seen by Windows Explorer.
