Multi User Environment?

I have been away from generic Cad Management for a couple years (I was back in the trenches with Inventor and MEP). I have a bunch of AutoCAD E users and I am setting up Vault for them. I can remember something was different about projects in Electrical and Vault and Multiple users. But I cannot remember what it was?

Along that same line, do all the users share the same Project File? I know Inventor and this is true but like I said it has been awhile and I can not remember with ACADE.

Yes they do share the project file if it is the one activated from a networked drive. Doing this be "very very careful" as we have found problems doing so. When one user adds or removes drawings from the project the other user does not always see these changed unless he or she closes and reactivates the project file. The refresh the project function does not even help them.
