Missing some manufacturers

On install, I thought I selected all the manufacturers from the list of those that I wanted to include in my library, but apparently I didn't. How do I install these into my program, aside from reinstalling the software?

Close AutoCAD Electrical first.

1.. From the Windows Control Panel select Add or Remove Programs.
2.. From the Add or Remove Programs dialog box, select the latest version
of AutoCAD Electrical and click the Change/Remove button.
3.. On the AutoCAD Electrical Installation Wizard, click Add or Remove
Features.
4.. On the Add/Remove Features page, click Next.
5.. On the Manufacturer Content Selection page, select all the
manufacturers you wish to install.
6.. On the Select Symbol Libraries page, click Next.
7.. Click Next to continue.
Hope this helps,
Pat Murnen

Hi,

You can easily  add new manufacturer and catalog  items to database in AutoCAD Electrical. If there are more (hundreds of..) products I recommend to use MSAccess or other software which can read *mdb format. You can convert the tables to Excel format and fill the information and convert back to MSAccess.

Add the new components as you use them in your drawing (assuming you know the required cat/man information).

Other than that, you can always ask your supliers for a database in excel format and import that into the catalogue file using MS Access
