LADDERS

Hi,
Could you please help me how to renumber an existing ladder.

I just choose the Revise ladder button, then the Modify line reference Numbers dialog box was displayed. My question is what for the four rows are there under the Rung Spacing, i mean what is the use of the 3 rows under the first row, how can we use those. Also, what is the function of Redo checkbox. and when will be More and Back button available.

Please help.

Thanks in advance.

You can have up to 4 ladders per drawing. That is the reason for 4 groups
of boxes. You can change the spacing and/or numbering of your line
reference numbers, click Redo and OK. What this tool does not do is
changing the spacing of the actual wires that make up the rungs. The scoot
command can be used to "nudge" the wires up and down the ladder rails,
unless you have already inserted components and you have vertical
connections from rung to rung. This requires a bit more editing, using move
component, trim wire, etc. It is best to decide your rung spacing before
you start inserting component symbols.

You can actually have many ladders in your drawings, but only four will be displayed in the Modify Line Reference Numbers dialog box at one time.

If you have more than four ladders in your drawing, click the More button to display the additional ladders, in groups of four.
