Or is anyone using the AutoCAD Electrical from AutoCAD
disks rather than Via disks?

I have been having problems with both my install and
the project utilities using Via WD 17 disks running
with AutoCAD 2004 Mechanical. Besides plotting issues,
which I hope to resolve with AutoDESK soon, I wante to
know if you have problems retagging components and
wires in a project using the AutoCAD Electrical
version software.
We are trying different tagging and rung schemes in
an attempt to standardize drawings. When I tried to retag
my single drawing project, very little happened. I had
to window select the drawing, erase the wires, and
rewire using new wiring scheme, and window select to
retag the components with the new scheme, which I had
both reset in the config dialog, and the retag dialog in
Projects (I tried this a few times a few ways)
Have you had to retag a project, and how has it worked?
Is there a procedure I am missing or doing wrong?
Thanks,
Lynne
