Include User Post Selection in .set file

1.)  Is there any way to include a User Post setting inside of the .set file?

2.)  Also, is there a way to have two tagNames per row on the report instead of one?

Thanks!

1. As of right now, no.

2. Not without a User Post. Do you have a more specific description of what you want?

Currently the TAGS field has one item per row, I was looking for two items per row seperated by a colom and space

Thanks!

I'm still no sure what you want to accomplish.

Lets say you have three lines in the BOM:

TAG   MANUFACTURER   CATALOG

K1      SIEMENS               1234

K2      SIEMENS               1234

K3      SIEMENS               5678

K4      SIEMENS               5678

K5      SIEMENS               5678

Do you want

K1 : K2   SIEMENS   1234

K3 : K4   SIEMENS   5678

K5 :        SIEMENS   5678

Or...

K1 : K2   SIEMENS   1234

K1 : K5   SIEMENS   5678

Or something else?

So what I am looknig for is more like:

K1 : K2   SIEMENS   1234

K3 : K4   SIEMENS   5678

K5 :        SIEMENS   5678

Although it looks like this on the BOM:

K1, K2   SIEMENS   1234

K3, K4   SIEMENS   5678

K5

Thanks!

I'm trying to hack my own but so far I have only gotten the Report Generator to process forever, ha

Export it to Excel, and do som fancy formulas there 😄

Or... Hack your own User Post to achieve it 😄

How do I get the lisp routine to break so I can look at the data?  I am setting break points in the Lisp routine from support directory and making changes and it will run when running a Report, but it won't break!

Thoughts?

I'm pretty sure you'll find something useful If you search this forum for "debug user post".

Using my phone to reply, so can't find the post for you.

I was able to create what I wanted with the following edited "pur_pbom.lsp" file.

Are we entirely sure there's no way to automate a User Post option?  Anybody else want to add their 2 cents?

Wll now I am trying to have everybody have the same .lsp files for Reports . .

Mine is at: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Autodesk\Acade 2014\en-US\Support

But I haven't found an .env setting that seems to apply this to everyone if I put it on the server. . .

Am i missing somthing?
