ICON menu wizard

How the New Command option in the Add drop-down list works in the ICON Menu dialog box?

 

I could only create an icon for the command using this option. But when i tried to execute this command by clicking on the created icon , nothing is executed, neither a message in the Command Prompt.

Can you provide a screen shot of the command's properties dialog?  Should look something like the attached image.
