Full Unit PLC creation

Hello,

I'm trying my hand at making my own full unit PLCs.  I know that the Parametric units have more functionality, but my current project demands it.  I've seen previous posts about the proper tags, and the block seems to be working just fine.

My question is this: Is there any way to have a prompt pop up at the beginning of insertion to ask you the rack and slot numbers, then fill in this information into the appropriate attributes in the block (LINE1, LINE2, TAGAXX, etc.)?  I know the parametric units have this ability, but I can't seem to find a way to do it for the full units.
