Footprint multiple insert uniform spacing

Has anyone discovered how to automatically insert this info?

It would be nice to have a variable that can be read from the block when it is inserted to automatically "Fill in" the X and Y offsets for the uniform spacing when inserting footprints from the Schematic List panel menu. Maybe I am missing something. I know something like this exists since the Terminal Strip Editor does it...

Just wondering,

Funny I think I asked for that feature when the product was called Toolbox WD

LOL

I can't imagin how much time I would have saved by now with all those panel layouts over the years had this been incorporated into the product.

Has there been a solution for this yet?  This post from 2012 was the first and best google response...

Almost 10 years and no improvements to the X Y offset capability lol

I literally keep a word doc that has a list of all my footprint spacings. Circuit breakers with and without aux contacts, VFD frame sizes, contactors, distribution blocks....it's really annoying TBH but at this point I'm certain it's the best option I'll ever get.

The funny thing is that it knows the width of the terminals, when inserting a terminal strip using TSE 😄
Do you want to know if the competition does this 😛 ?
