Footprint Dynamic Block

I would like to make a dynamic block of our ground strap footprint (attached).  The users would like to be able to stretch the strap to the proper length.

I can make a dynamic block, but cannot attach the catalog info to it. 

Anyone ever try anything like this?

You could use a regular footprint block and use the "Stretch PLC Module" command.
