FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation 0x006c Exception at df085eabh

Good day:

One the users I support is experiencing a problem with AutoCAD 2013 Electrical, when trying to launch or start the program:

FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation 0x006c Exception at df085eabh.jpg

He is using a Win7 x64 bit machine.

He is not able to work.

In addition, is there any documentation were I can learn to read those kind of messages, to be able to troubleshoot.

Thank you.

To resolve this problem, go to the following website and download the Certified drivers for your Graphics Card:

Find Recommended Hardware

Make sure you uninstall the current driver using the "Device Manager".

Hope it helps.

Thank your for your replies.

Can you please tell me, under which Product or Suite can I find AutoCAD Electrical 2013, I only see AutoCAD product and Autodesk Product Design Suite, but under this options I cannot see the AutoCAD Electrical.

Thank you.

Just select AutoCAD, the graphic requirements are the same.

Thanks for the advice.
Is there any way or guide to interpret/troubleshoot when an "Unhandled Access Violation" or and "Exception" error appears?
Thanks
