Error: bad argument type in Autocad Electrical

I have a project in Autocad electrical containing 12 drawings. In one of these I can't use the command trim wires on any of the wires I have drawn. I have tried both the right clicking on the wire and using the tool button in the menu on top. When I try the following error message appears in the command window:

Error: bad argument type: lentityp nil_.UNDO Current settings: Auto = On,

Control = All, Combine = Yes, Layer = Yes

Enter the number of operations to undo or [Auto/Control/BEgin/End/Mark/Back]

<1>: _END

Anyone got any tips to how I can fix this? Or if there is a setting that needs to be changed.

Please share drawings to investigate this case. Please also mention which version of AutoCAD Electrical you are using along with OS details.
