Define terminal strip before you placed them in a drawing

Hi all,

Is it possible in autocad electrical to define a terminal strip and assign terminals to it before you actually draw them in a dwg

and if you can do so define connection between different terminal strips

You can define a terminal strip using the Terminal Strip Editor (launch on Panel tab of ribbon) by selecting New and entering the Installation, Location, Terminal Strip ID, and number of terminals. I don't believe there is a way to define connections to it though.
