Customize "Look" of Tabular Terminal Strip Table

Hello all

Is it possible to customize the "look" of the Tabular Terminal Strip Table to look more like the attached image?

You are not able to do this with standard AutoCAD Electrical reports. A "little" programming will do it 

But I have to say.. I really like these reports. They are quite common in Germany (DIN-standard), and to some extent also in Norway ad Sweden.
