Custom Lisp Routines

I am getting ready to start working on an automated wiring system and i was looking for a book or anything that might go over how to write custom LISP or VBA routines for AutoCAD Electrical. I am assuming ACADE has some special programming hooks i can use to create the wiring diagrams with. Thanks for your help

Chris In APPENDIX B of the HELP > Electrical Help Topics > USER'S GUIDE, you will find the list of available API calls in AutoCAD Electrical. You will use your LISP/VB knowledge and programming to incorporate and make use of these calls. I do not know of any books that are out there yet dealing with using LISP and VB in AutoCAD Electrical specifically, but by knowing how to use LISP and VB in general should allow you to create the routines you want and to make the calls that are provided in the API. I hope this helps!! -- Regards, Jared Bunch Technical Support Specialist Autodesk, Inc "ChrisW" wrote in message news:406c7713_2@newsprd01... > I am getting ready to start working on an automated wiring system and i was > looking for a book or anything that might go over how to write custom LISP > or VBA routines for AutoCAD Electrical.
