Conversion of Promise Symbols to AE2008

Good day gentlemen:

Our company is switching over from Promise to AE2008. We can convert projects from promise to AE2008. How do we convert promise's symbol librarys to AE2008 symbols? Thanks for all of the help!

There is not an actual symbol conversion. AcadE comes with JIC, IEC, JIS,
GB, and AS libraries. The only symbols you will possibly need to convert
are custom symbols you created. The easiest way to do this is to use the
Special Explode tool, which will strip out the Promis-e attributes, and then
use Symbol Builder to insert the correct AcadE attributes. Then save as a
WBlock to a custom library folder.
