Component won't insert at correct location

This is only happeneing in this drawing. I have succesfully insert this component before in other files.
The fuse inserts above and to the left of the insertion point that I pick. The insertion point point grip is at the correct location and the TAG is correct but everything else is wrong.
Is there a setting somewhere that is incorrect. I swear I did a save-as from another drawing to create this one and the other drawing is fine.

Try the Update block command under Swap/Update Block menu. It seems that
maybe somehow the block in your drawing was redefined. Update the block to
the original one from the symbol folder.
