Circuit Builder scale issue

Hi all

I have encountered a scaling issue with Circuit Builder in ACADE 2013.  I dont know if it might be a project setting or the symbols themselves.

I created a Horizonltal FVNR circuit, configured it then placed it in the drawing.  Once placed in the circuit I noticed that certain symbols are really small.  Siemens Sirius Combination Starter 3RA11 being one of them.

I have attached both the drawing and the project files.  Plese rename ACADE Training.dwg to ACADE Training.wdp 

Has anyone else had this issue?  Is there a way to fix this?  Or am I at fault here?
