there any way to change your block terminals after you've already got
components connected and have everythgin done? I've decided I want screw
terminals now and can't figure out how to change
them.

Yes, there is a way to do this
with the Electrical package. You would first open the block drawing and
making the desired changes to it. (keep in mind that if you move any of
the wire connection points, you will have to reconnect the wires). Once
the changes are made, open a drawing on which you have these blocks and they
now need updated with your changes. Make these selections:
ELECTRICAL (pull down menu) > COMPONENT MISC > SWAP BLOCK. Select
OPTION B "UPDATE A BLOCK". You will select an instance of the block that
needs updated, then there will be options you need to select dealing with the
scale of the block, attribute values, etc......next you will select whether
you want to run this project-wide or drawing-wide. (keep in mind also
that for all blocks that ship with the Electrical package, there is a
horizontal and a vertical version of the block) Now you should see your
changes.
Good Luck!
