Can't adjust column or cell widths

I am trying to use the new table features in ACE2005 SP1 and I am not able to adjust the column widths. Any Ideas?
See attached.

Thanks

AcadE autoamtically creates these tables styles starting with the drawing's
Standard table style as a template. If you want to preset some options for
the tables you could do it by modifying the settings on the Standard table
style on your drawing template. The command to use is TABLESTYLE.

I'm afraid at this time you cannot name and select your own table styles.
AcadE will create a table style named ACE_TABLE_# where #=0 for no borders,
#=1 for tables with all borders, and #=2 for tables with box around. Any
other settings that are entered in the Table Generation Setup dialog such as
row spacing are property overrides on each table. If there is no setting on
the Table Generation Setup dialog then the setting comes from the Standard
table style, such as cell margins. If you create the ACE_TABLE_# table
styles on your drawings they will not be overwritten with new settings but
again any values from the Table Generation Setup will be used as property
overrides on the tables when they are generated.

The one exception to this is the text vertical justification. I'm afraid
this is not selectable but is controlled by a property override. As a
temporary workaround, until AcadE allows you to select the vertical
justification for each column, there is a lisp utility that allows you to
select a vertical justfication and apply it to all cells within the selected
tables. This will leave the horizontal justification setting on each cell as
it is. I've attached the lisp utility source code so fell free to download
and modify it as needed.

Another way to change the table settings and justification is the select the
table and then right click. You can also select specific cells within a
table and right click and select a justification from the menu.

Give it a try. I know that when I tried to create my own table style that
it made no difference to the "insert spreadsheet data to table" command. It
still used the settings from the ace_table_1 style. The only way I could
control the settings was for me to modify the ace_table_1 style. Maybe you
will have better luck. Perhaps it's a naming convention issue. I've seen
people refer to this table style as ace_table_...... which I would take to
mean that you could make up an ace_table_2 or 3 etc. style, and just set it
to be current.
