Cable Marker Setup Dialogue Box

Hello,

Whenever a Cable Marker is added to a wire, there is a popup box that asks if you want to install child conductors at this time. All 3 of the selection boxes are "checked" by default. In my case, I would like the top box to allways be "unchecked". It needs to default to "unchecked" since most of the time we forget to do that and have to go back and re-do. I know there is something called "Cable Marker Setup" where you are supposed to be able to set those selection boxes......but for the life of me can't find it. Can someone please direct me to that Setup Dialogue box.

This dialog seems to be a part of WDCABLE.DCL.

However... The default settings for the box is controlled by code somewhere else. Tried to insert 'value="0";'in the DCL with no luck.
