I have tried to look it up on google, but I have not found it.

This drawing contains a hatch with 1 block (SEC_FLAG_mm-TEST) 2 times on it. In fact every drawing is a block, but if you use attributes they must be loose Attribute definitions in this DWG, when you insert these they are normal attribites you can edit.

In your drawing (test-drg) are 2 blocks inserted with attributes in them, so if you insert this drawing (as a block) into another you can not edit these attributes. So do you want this to be editdable explode the 2 blocks and change every attribute to a different name.

I see your blocks in there are wrong they have 2 attributes with the same tag, all the different attributes must have a different tag.

So give them a different tag like 1- / 2- / 3- and 4-, the prompt and default can be the same.

That is a Dynamic Block, I never made 1, look in the help.
