App freezing

Hi,

Can someone please help me. I have created a new project using a client template. I have set this template up for mapping the title block attributes. However I am having issues using the copy and paste command, anytime I use this command the app freezes. I often seem to have issues with client templates, sometimes when I open these templates they open an AEC (Architectural) database. I am currently using ACADE 2012. I tried using the copy and paste command on my colleague's machine, which has 2013 installed and did not get the same issues. I am now thinking about upgrading to 2013 and hoping this will solve my issue. Can anyone advise how to resolve this issue?

Hello,  

We don't remember there is such copy and paste issue for the ACE2012. So if possible, please upgrade to ACE2013, and check if the issue resolved in ACE2013.
