For some reason it looks like your 'Support File Search Paths' got lost or
changed. This below message can appear from not having a path to the
'Acade'
folder that is located under the 'C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Acade 2006'
folder.
To correct, load Acade and select 'Options' from the 'Tools' pull-down menu.
On the 'Files' tab, expand 'Support File Search Paths' and verify there is a
path in there similar to what is below (depends on installation folder):
C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Acade 2006\Acade
I have also attached a graphic showing my Options dialog with all my paths
so you can verify the other paths also. You will want to use your user name
in place of the '{username}' in my paths.

ACE2006 has stopped workng. On startup I get the following message:
