AcadE and AIP

Is anybody using Autocad Electrical and AIP (Inventor Professional) Wire
Harness currently and if so, how's it going?
Are you exporting from ACADE into Pro? What is you process, I would like to
develope a workflow for the
most effcient use of this functionality and would like to get some feedback
from anybody that may be doing this.

Hi Alex,

I'm not sure if you looked at the ACADE Help system but we have 2 Help files that may help you: 'Configure wire numbering for export' and 'Output reports to Autodesk Inventor Professional Cable and Harness.' You'll need to follow the procedures outlined in 'Configure wire numbering for export' before trying to output a report to AIP.

If you go to the 'Search' tab within the Help system and enter AIP you'll find the Help topics mentioned above.
