AE Schematic Display

I am new to ACE and recently purchased an ACE Tutorial Bundle but cannot find a reference to enable me to display all ACE schematics in the same size on the display.. that is zoomed to extents..

Whenever I scroll through the different schematics of the same project, I have to keep zooming extents to view the drawing. Then I choose the next or previous and they always revert back to a small schematic, which is not readable. I have even tried saving each document at the correct size but without success.

On the tutorial, all the topic drawings are shown at the correct size, no zooming required.

Can anyone help?

I don't think it saves a zoom change unless a change is made in the drawing itself.

If I am scrolling through a drawing set and zooming extents I do a quick save before I click the "Next Page" button.

See the attached image for some tips and tricks regarding the wd.env file.  This "environment" file is located in the AeData folder under the My Documents path of a normal install.  There is a line I have highlighted in yellow near the bottom of the image that causes each page to zoom to extents when opened with the previous or next page buttons.  You need to remove the asterisk to activate the function.
