ACADE - How to change or adjust line number tagging threshold

Is there a way to change/adjust how AutoCAD electrical determines what line number to use for tagging.

Example: If I place a component in the middle of two reference line, ACADE tags the device using the lower line number.

We work from top down, so the componet line number should not change untill it is on the next line (or at least a little closer)

Have a look in the drawing properties of your file, you may be able to tweak the settings there a bit to get what you are after...

Seems like this is hard coded into the software.  I have 0.5in grids with 1in line reference spacing.  If I draw a line/symbol just above the 1/2in mark it will label as desired.  The ladder just wont be aligned to the grid.
