ACADE 2103 freezes on Search/Help

Every time I try and Search a function or press F1 Help key the program freezes, totally locks up, and has to be rebooted to clear the problem. Don't remember this being a problem previously. Any ideas?

Hi MSTII,

Try Downloading the offline help and see if the Offline help is giving the same issue.

The Online help server could just be down for maintance or maybe it had a slow internet connection.

let me know if the offline help is working.

Given the version number, this must be a pre-alpha-aplha-alpha version from the future  ?

However, no idea what it might be. What version of IE are you running? (I guess Autodesk still use IE for rendering the help pages)
