Hi Gruychev,

Do you have a screenshot of the error that you can post?

Your post is a little vague.

Its a permissions issue.

One or more of the folders that you need to access are locked down.

Are you a local admin, or are you running a domain admin / user?

Sometimes IT people Lock your Roaming or Local Profile (which ACADE needs full access to).

They set some folder permissions that pervent access for the program.

The other things that sometimes does it is the UAC (User access control) is set to high.

(Windows updates seem to screw up the UAC until you do a hard boot.)

If any of the files reside on the network, try rebooting the server.

I hope this helps,

Hello,

Is it the following step to crash the ACE2013? or you have different workflow?

1. Open ACE2013

2. File Open to invoke the Open dialog, then select the drawing to open

3. Then crash

Would you please help to send the drawings to us for analysis? Have you patched the SP1 for ACE2013? My email is zhonghua.shou@autodesk.com

Thanks,

Robin Shou
