3 position selector switch

I am looking in the library for a selector switch the same as the attached with 3 connection points coming off it for different wire connections.

All of the 3 position selector switches in the library seem to only offer one wire connecion with an illustration coming off at the side showing the 3 different positions.

Can anyone offer any advice?

Many thanks in advance

Hi Lawrence.

If I'm understanding your problem correctly, you can do it like this:

1. Insert the 3 position SS first contact.

2. Insert the remaining contacts, using the icons named "2nd+".

3. Connect the symbols together using the "Linked Components with Dashed Line" command.

Buttons to be pressed marked in yellow here:

I am looking for a one wire connection coming in with more connections coming off, kind of acting as a common and normal open, normally closed. The below image is what I am looking for. Thanks3 pos.JPG

I guess you'd be better off creating that symbol with the symbol builder yourself Smiley Happy
