You might want to look at the online Help topic "Set up AutoCAD Electrical
for multiple users". I believe you need to copy the files from the local
drive to the network drive. You can put them in the same folder as the menu
.DAT files or add a line in the wd.env as described in that topic.
The files to copy are -
ACE_GB.slb, ACE_GB.dll, ACE_JIS.slb, ACE_JIS.dll, ace_as.slb, ace_as.dll,
ace_hyd.slb, ace_hyd.dll, ace_pid.slb, ace_pid.dll, bb.slb, iec1.slb,
iec.dll, loc2.slb, pn0.slb, pn0.dll, pn1.slb, pn1.dll, pn2.slb, pn2.dll,
pn3.slb, pn3.dll, pnl2.slb, pnl2.dll, pnl.slb, pnl.dll, s1.slb, s1.dll,
s2.slb, s2.dll, Ww.slb
in C:\Documents and Settings\{username}\Application Data\Autodesk\AutoCAD
Electrical\{release #}\{country code}\Support
and
S_LDPC.SLB, WD_LOCAL.SLB, WDSIG.SLB, WDSIG_1.SLB, gepb.slb
in C:\Program Files [(x86)]\Autodesk\Acade {version}\Support

Is there a way where I can have the default AutoCADE 2008 icon menu located
on the network?
Well let me start over. I have modified the default Icon menu and placed it
on our network so that it can access our modified icon menu. I can toggle
back and forth between each so I don't have an issue with that. However,
when I place the ACE default icon menu on the network, I do not get any of
the pretty pictures to come with it. Is there a way where I can get to see
the pretty pictures? Do I have to copy all of the .sld files to that
location?
Or is it the best to modify everybody's standard AutoCAD menu file so that
it can access our modified menu.
Make sense?
