Would like to know if there is a solution to this one. I'm using Civil 3D 2012 and have the same issue. However, 1 difference, if I zoom in to the viewport in paper space it jumps around and at some point the survey features line up perfectly with the aerial image (.sid file). From there I go direct to print, and the aerial ends up being shift to a point where this is un useable. Maybe I should post another post on this for C3D 2012, because obviously something isn't quite right here. Any further updates?
