If you've just installed it. Try posting to the Installation & Licensing group. You may get some help there.

If you aren't able to update the USB graphics device driver, then the next best thing to try is to uninstall those drivers, reboot and then try to launch AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
BTW, which USB graphics device are you using?
