In LDD when drawing lines between point objects, you could hover over the actual point or the point text (i.e. Point No, Elevation, Desc.) and your node osnap would light up on the point. This made drafting very easy and quick as you could hover over the text (which is much larger and easier to pick out than the actual point). I've noticed that some point styles seem to allow me to do this (at least on one of the components - never more than 1) and yet i can't find any setting in the point label style that would turn this functionality on or off. It seems to be completely random, yet this is something i really want to implement as i hate stopping a line command to figure out which point is which when they are all very close together.
Thanks for the help.

This has been puzzling me for three years now.
If you manage to figure out what causes this phenomenon, let me know, because I haven't been able to figure it out, either.
