landxml to excel loosing data

Hi,
I stared working with pipe network and in case to find network quantity exported network landxml to excel. Several times everything was good, but later i metioned that one of three network parts data doesnt appear in my excel, it is blank. Maybe someone knows that problem?, how to fix that?
