how to edit station labels

I have two problems I can't seem to fix. 

First - the alignment station label text size when viewed in model space is fine but when viewed in paper space it comes in way to big. How do i adjust this so i see things in paper space as they are in the model?

Second - Would like to adjust the station label style from the defalt 0+00.00 to 0+000.000

Set the scale in model space to the same as viewport then WYSIWYG.

The labels are in plotted units so (in metric units) 3mm label will be large at 1:2500 compared with 1:500

Can't remember the answer to point 2 so looking........

For the text you need to set your drawing scale equal to your PS Viewport scale.

For the Station Display you need to change it in your Label Style:

Need to change style - see screenshot - remember to hit the Right Arrow in Text Component Editor - Contents dialog to transfer the style to the black area
