is it possible to data shortcut a surface from c3d2013 into c3d2012?
i tryed it and it says that the surface is in the drawing but its not showing up.
iv tried changing the style and the layer but nothing helps.
if anyone has info PLEASE help

No, you can't. C3D neds to be able to read the dwg containing the surface. There are two things stopping it from doing so....2012 cannot read/open a 2013 dwg file. And even if it could, C3D has never been able to read the C3D objects from newer versions.
Best bet: Export the surface from 2013 to LandXML, then import that into the 2012 dwg. It won't be dynamic, however.
