I am looking for a good Civil 3d reference book. Anybody have a recommendation? I appreciate any input. I'd like one that references the Map tool also, but am not against getting 2 books. Thanks.

The "Mastering Civil 3D 20XX" (insert your version for the XX) book is probably acknowledged as THE Civil 3D Bible but doesn't really do MAP.
It has downloadable tutorial content and is very useful (I have the 2011 and 2012 editions)
