Anyone else experiencing issues with the Volumes Dashboard Extension since installing SP2.1?

I have the same problems, now i can not de install sp 2.1

ME TOO, ALWAYS CRASHING WHEN I DELETE SOME VOLUME SURFACE IN MY DASHBOARD.

I just tried it in one of the tutorial drawings and it crashed on me. Can't seem to get it to work at all.
Has anyone submitted a support request for this yet?
