    Viewport label issues

I'm having an issue with my c3d labels between layouts of the same scale, I have several 11x17 layouts in paperspace at 1:200 scale, no issues between these, but when I added a legal, letter and 11x17 portrait layout at the same scale my C3D label size is significantly smaller, probably 1/10th the size of my original layouts, all my layouts have the same view of the model space with same scales

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks

Check the units in the page setup.  If you're in metric, these need to be mm, but often get set to inches when using inch-sized paper.

If you're in imperial they need to be inches.

Are you sure that you're plotting all of the layouts at 1:1 (or the same scale) using the same units?
