If you rotate your UCS , is there a way that your labels rotate accordingly
as well?
Thanks

Not until you go into a PS viewport to plot. Everything in C3D is based on
PS plotting scale heights.

You can have the labels align to your view, so if you rotate the view along with the UCS You can change the following. In the label style you will find an option in the label style on to select label rotation based on view, world or object. The location will differ depending on the label.
