AutoCAD Civil 3D

Dear all, i have a question i which is my problem..

From the bridge 3D model (produced by AutoCAD Civil 3D 2012), my professor told me to make a user interface from it. In the UI, for example if i click the beam of the bridge it will pop-up the properties of the beam.

He doesn't told me how to do that, i just know that once he said that i have to use AutoLisp & SQL. As a newbie, i ask this to get enlightenment from all of you. I hope someone can guide me to solve my problem.

You might try posting here. But if you're not yet familiar with AutoLisp you will have a bit or work ahead of you. When you post to the customization group, you'll want to make what kind of experience with AutoLisp and SQL you have. Mine is limited, so I can't be of further assistance.
