Hi,
>> when I try to find volume of a cube 1*1*1
What makes you thinking that 1x1x1 = 1m x 1m x 1m? Your drawing UNITS are set to feet (try command _UNITS) or try command _AECDWGSETUP.
At least you should set the units for volume-calculation to the same units you are using in modelspace. ![]()

Hi,
and when you changed the UNITS from feet to meter you where asked if you want to rescale the objects, did you or not? Check now with command _DIST the distance between your points of the surface-border.

Hi,
>> my all dimenstion is 1 meter.
All?
You started with a imperial template, so all Civil-specific settings are set to yard or feet.
Go to Civil project-browser, to tab "settings" and click on the root-node of the tree "cube-1" ==> right click ==> drawing-settings. The new dialog has a tab for environement settings, and here you have to assign "meter" to a lot of settings (to come to a metric drawing.
Look to this screenshot (sorry it's german and also my words above may not be correct translated as I don't have a english Civil3D). Next time you start start with a metric profile and metric template ![]()
